The Officer in charge of Lagos State Traffic, CSP Oriyomi shared: ‘One thing that we have known about Nigerians is that we don’t exercise patience. It is true that we are facing a lot of traffic because of the construction works ongoing in Lagos but if we can exercise patience, we will be better.’

‘People will purposely face one-way. Some will want to buy things and pack in the middle of the road not thinking about others. We should also have at the back of our minds that we are not the only users of the road. We should drive to arrive safe.’

The champion of traffic safety CSP Oriyomi noted about her itinerary on each workday: ‘I start my day at 4 am to close by 11 pm moving round to see how things are doing.’

She praised the idea of the beauty pageant, ‘Miss Security Nigeria will go a long way because it will be the intermediary between the security agencies and members of the community. The winner of the Miss Security Nigeria will know much about us and be able to tell the public.’

Meanwhile, CSP Titilayo Oriyomi along side other hardworking officers bags the MSN Hall of Fame Award for her exceptional trafficking monitoring and control in Lagos.
